is Gone!!!

 

Oh Happy Day!

 

Mark and his son, Derek, came and took out the tree.

Most of the limbs are down.

Doesn't it look like the branch that the

Grinch ties to his dog, Max's, head for an antler?

Down to the trunk.

Isn't Derek's hair great?  That's what our Derek always wanted his to

look like....but his wouldn't straighten out enough.

Last cut....

Grinding the stump away.

That tree -- reduced to a truck full of refuse.

Jon took out the little bush that was behind the yard sign.

It's looking better!

 

This week,

Scott took out the fence to the side yard.

Before....this area used to be a batting cage....with nets and such strung all over. 

The wood from the pergola is gone now...and we are getting ready to change the look of the yard.

These braces are gone now too.

Goodbye fence.

Sunny loosening up the last post for Scott to pull out....

It has a block of cement holding it in. 

It's gonna take a little bit of work.

 

 

Not gonna matter though....

So much accomplished this week!

 

So glad to have that tree gone!

WooHoo and then tomorrow....

....is Derby Day!
