Visitng Baby Lucy

Today, Sunday, 22 February 2009
Kyle and I went with Susan and Hilary Skinner to visit Baby Lucy Emma Laycock. Okay -- we went to visit the family, AND to hold baby Lucy.

We had a great visit with Jessica, Dan and Sandy (mom, dad and grandma) and Kyle held Lucy for a few minutes, but the pull of watching "Pinnochio" with Max and Avery won out even over the baby! Many thanks to Jessica who always dances with Kyle, and who treats him like a real person and isn't afraid to let him hold the baby. It means a lot to me and it means a lot to him too.

What a cute baby....we are so happy to be part of her life and have the family as part of ours!
