Derek Comes Home

Derek came home for a visit!  A three-week visit!  We are so excited.  We all piled into the van....drove to the airport....piled out of the van and found Derek at baggage claim -- a half hour EARLY!  And he said there were only about 20 people on the plane, which is unheard of between Seattle and Salt Lake!  I've never been on a flight between the two places that wasn't packed to overflowing!

We all went to lunch at Sizzler, at South Center -- and then stopped at Fred Meyer on the way home!  What a great homecoming adventure for Derek (hee hee hee).  Scott went to work, Sunny went to celebrate her mom's birthday, Jon headed out for a Sleep study in downtown Seattle, Kyle is watching a movie, I'm on the computer.....Derek has shoes and socks off and is playing a game on the x-box!  Pretty much a normal night at our house.  No big homecoming party -- just a nice welcome and normal home-life! 

So happy to have him home for the next three-weeks!  Thanks to Barry and Lynn for "sparing" him from the restaurant for this visit! 

Love having him home!
